I led design and product of an augmented advisory platform for a wealth management company with over $12bn AUM. We ran 2 week sprints, starting with discovery through to launch. I worked closely with the CEO to present to the board, to create material for capital markets day and to lead the introduction of the platform company wide. The platform received positive reaction at capital markets day, was featured in financial times and is in the process of being rolled out to all users.
